I'm always looking to help promote gender diversity in sports science. The tweet below earlier this year reinforced that there is a wide network of female sports scientists out there, and since then I've wanted to do more to promote and support our community.
Visibility promotes diversity. Yet, our industry events and podcasts are all too often filled with speakers that look the same. So I am collating a female and non-binary practitioner list to share with those interested in finding speakers and contributors from more diverse backgrounds.
